I am getting the p400s white case with a x62 kraken-02 280mm which will go on the front but was wondering how I should set up my fans or/and should I add more fan

Solution
Since hot air rises, case airflow rule of thumb is: front & bottom - intake; top & rear - exhaust.

I'd add 2x 140mm top exhaust fans for good airflow besides your front rad and stock rear fan.

What do you mean by bottom fan?

Your case doesn't have a location for bottom mounted intake fan but many other cases do, including my Corsair 760T and Corsair 750D AF edition.
Here's one example image from my Skylake build. Note the bottom mounted Corsair ML120 fan between my HDD cage and Seasonic PRIME 650 80+ Titanium PSU (click on spoiler to view),

So I should make the aio intake and the rest exhaust or aio and back intake and the two top exhaust

Here are 2 options that you can do, while temp wise there's about +/-5°C difference:

1.
Front - rad + 2x 140mm rad fans as intake in pull configuration
Top - 2x 140mm exhaust
Rear - 1x 120mm exhaust

2.
Front - 2x 140mm intake
Top - rad + 2x 140mm rad fans as exhaust in pull configuration
Rear - 1x 120mm exhaust

Option #1 can have a bit lower temps while with option #2 you have far easier access to the rad to clean it from dust.

So for option 1 do you mean a rad plus the fans that come with it and for the top does it matter if it's 140 or 120mm

There's a big difference if you use 120mm or 140mm fans, on the rad or not. 140mm fans will move more air and does it more quietly than 120mm fan.
And yes, when i talked about rad fans then i meant stock 140mm fans on the rad that come with AIO. You can replace stock rad fans if you like though.

The best performing and also great looking fans would be Corsair ML series that i also have in use in my Skylake and Haswell builds. But since Corsair ML fans come with premium price, they are most likely out of your budget range,

For more budget friendly fans that are also good airflow fans, i suggest looking towards Bitfenix Spectre Pro LED lineup,

For your theme, the transparent frame and blades with smoke effect and red LEDs is probably the best match,
