P45d3 Platinum start up error

Hi, I've got the P45d3 Platinum and it just doesn't work. It runs but no response on screen. I've got a few red leds on the motherboard itself, but this tells me nothing, help please.

Hello, and thank you for the input. I've gone through this checklist and verified that all is in order. I've also gone through some other forums and learnt that the red leds might be an indicator as to what my problem may be. The leds 15, 8 and 12 light up red while the led 10 lights up green. Are all these supposed to be green? If so, what does it mean if these are red? Any input is appreciated, thank you.
