P4P800 vs P4C800

2x 512MB "copper" Dual channel OCZ memory
Zalman CNPS7000 al/cu heatsink
Radeon 9800 pro

I plan to reach 1000 mhz front side bus with this setup.What Mobo is better suited for my needs?

Asus P4P 800 (Intel 865) or Asus P4C 800 (Intel 875)?

If both are equal overclocker is the P4C worth the extra cash?

Both are good overclockers, and no P4C800 is not worth the extra cash, but if you're rich then buy it.

I'd save some money and get the Abit IS7, because it includes a better audio output selection, Firewire, and ICH5R SATA RAID.
