P4S-645DX Correct DDR Settings in Bios?

This system is up and running like a champ at 2.4 GHz (not overclocked):


1 P4S-645DX Soyo Motherboard
1 Intel P4 2.4 (533 FSB Northwood)
2 CORSAIR CMX512-2700C2 64X64 333MHZ 512MB CAS2 DDR DIMM W/HEAT SPREADER
1 Antec True550 550W ATX12V PSU
1 Western Digital 120GB WD1200JB EIDE ULTRA-ATA/100 7200RPM SE W/8MB BUFFER (Bare drive)
1 MSI G4Ti4600-VTD 128MB DDR AGP w/ TV-Out Graphics Card

However, I'm not certain about the DDR settings in Bios. I know that it's CAS 2.0, but i'm not certain where to locate the info to set the following parameters correctly: (available values shown)

CAS Latency (2T, 2.5T, 3T)
RAS Active Time (4T, 5T, 6T, 7T)
RAS Precharge Time (2T, 3T, 4T)
RAS to CAS Delay (2T, 3T, 4T,)
ACT To ACT Delay (2T, 3T)
Write Recovery Time (1T, 2T)
R/W Turnaround Time (safe, normal, fast, slow)
Read Latency Control (safe, normal, fast, slow)
Time Constraint Control (slow, normal)
GW-Write Mask AGP Request (disabled, enabled)
AGP Fast Write Capability (disabled, enabled)
Refresh Cycle Time (tRAS+tRP, tRAS+tRP+1T)
DRAM Addr/Cmd Rate (auto mode, 1T, 2T)

Any assistance or a link to a good reference would be very much appreciated.
The fine folks at Soyo keep repeating "load optimized defaults." I originally did just that, and found myself running a 2.4 processor at 1.8...

I use PC2700 333MHZ 512MB Kingston Value RAM and I have mine set to.
185 fsb
CAS Latency 2
RAS Active Time 6
RAS Precharge Time 3
RAS to CAS Delay 3
ACT To ACT Delay 2
Write Recovery Time 1

This is what works for me. I would suggest that you try each setting individually. That's what I did. It takes a while, but everyone’s CPU is different.

In their latest bios, if you set system performance to turbo, it automatically will set your ddr values to the fastest. However, I wont promise you stability.
