I have bought a new PC, with the new Asus P5AD2-Deluxe board. It's really a powerful machine with good ram & all. Mostly used for gaming.

Now my question: I have the "AI NOS" overclocking ability on this board (bios). This thing overclocks on demand up to the limit you put (10%, etc). My processor is a 3.2Ghz Prescott. Is this feature good? Usable? Damagable? What should I use instead? What % should I put?

I have the basic cooling solution, and I don't want to blow up the whole system. However, since I have this option to increase the CPU speed... why not use it? With CPU-Z, it seems this option increase the FSB. 10% looks like 20Mhz more on the 200Mhz FSB.

Any opinions?

I don't like the AI overclocking, I prefer the manual method. You'll find that setting is available allong with the standard 10%, 20% etc.
