p5b cmos issue

im getting a cmos settings wrong error on boot everytime. ive tried clearing the cmos to no avail. any ideas or fixes?

Check if your Clear CMOS Jumper is in the right place (not in the clear CMOS position), resit your ram and GPU. If this doesn't work, your Mobo Batt maybe dead. Try replacing that.

I am having the same problem. Perhaps the memory is bad? that could result in a CMOS error i think.
