P5E or MAXIMUS FORMULA

can anyone recommend which 1 to buy?
from what i've read some people are having problems with maximus SE
im not planning on buying the SE version but does standard maximus formula suffer with the same problems?
i do like the idea of more fan headers, cmos reset on back panel, lcd poster & bundled software
but i dont want to end up with finicky board for all the extras!
Urgent advise needed, as i want to order in the next few days!

I dont know about the problems people were having with MF SE, but i read reviews saying that MF SE and MF were the same exactly but for the pipe HS (WC vs Air).

I heard also that MF was a good mother, what did you heard exactly? (i was planning to get one anytime soon.

Ah, and about P5E vs MF, there is already a post, dont know if here or in Asus subforum.

i see asus have brought out a version 2 of the SE, but nothing mentioned about MF standard
ive read in forums that some people have had nightmares with high NB/CPU temps & not booting but others have said No probs, great board. maybe it was Version 1 or just a bad board?
wouldnt mind knowing the difference between MF SE V2 & MF standard?

X38 gives you PCIE 2.0 16 x 16 Crossfire and Penryn 45nm CPU upgradeability with support for 1600 Mhz. FSB. P35 gives none of this, but will suport Penryn through software updates (BIOS rev.) I don't know any specific problems with ASUS Maximus Formula PE.
