Hi Guys,
Before I begin please know that all the knowledge I gathered so far is by visiting this website . So thanks to you all. I hope it’ll solve my issue as well. (I registered today to ask this question.)

I am using an old ASUS P5G41-TM-LX3 board and trying a lot to find a perfect RAM for it. The total capacity is 8GB. It’s a G41 board with a Dual- Core E5700 processor. Also, using an NVIDA Geforce 9500GT.
I tried changing the RAM a couple of times but there was always some issue.

Now I checked the ASUS website and from the QVL found that KINGSTON KVR1333D3N9/4GB would serve my purpose.

My question is can I use the above Kingston RAM (Qty: 2) for boosting my PC to 8GB. From the provided Qualified vendor list it says for KINGSTON only 4GB can be used that too only in 1 DIMM slot.
QVL says for 8 GB only CORSAIR CMD8GX3M4A1333C7 is to be used. It is not available online.

So please suggest how I can get an 8GB ram (2*4GB) on my PC.

And please tell whether I should be using dual rank RAM or a single rank.

Any suggestions on how I can improve my systems performance are more than welcome.
Please share the links to buy the products online (within India)

Thanks a lot in advance,
Vamsi

PS: To make things easy, I have attached system specs and ASUS QVL list.
