Can my motherboard (p5g41t-m lx3) support Windows 10?

There's no drivers for Windows 10 themselves, but driver support was provided through 8.x , so you should probably be fine.

You'll probably just have to let Windows find the appropriate drivers and hunt for anything missing, but I don't think you'll actually have much of an issue, despite it's age.

Let me explain,today i bought a new hard disk,and i want to know if i can install windows 10,and does my motherboard support it?

Installing it is not a problem. Driver support might be a little lacking, but I believe you should be fine.
