Darn it... the url has a space in it between SLI and Premium so you'll have to manually connect w/ your fav. FTP client to: ftp.asus.com.tw

Then look for the file named, e2749_p5n32-sli_pr.pdf in the directory: /pub/ASUS/mb/socket775/P5N32-SLI Premium

I dunno how to do it in here w/ the url command since it has that space...
