Hey folks,

If I were to buy a USB3 PCie card for this motherboard, would I actually see the data transfer speed benefits of having a USB3 connection (I've just bought a USB3 external HDD for a good price), or would I still be limited by the motherboard itself?

Meh, got bored waiting and found a PCIe USB 3.0 card nice and cheap on eBay so went ahead and bought one anyway. Worst case scenario; I don't see any improvement over USB 2.0 speeds, but for £6.50 it's worth trying...
