P5Q PRO Turbo and memory

Hi,
I want to buy new memory for my pc. in my Motherboard (P5Q PRO Turbo) there is 4 slots,
2 slots painted in yellow. and 2 in black. I don't know if there is different between them.
there is any problem if I put 2GB on each slot (In total 8GB)?

They are dual channel slots, so you'll need to put in matching pairs of RAM. I recommend 4 sticks of the same size. It needs DDR2, not 3
