P67 Extreme 4 gen 3 fan question

Hi guys,

I bought a noctua d14 and plugged both 3 pin fans into the mobo. One into a chasis 4 pin connector and 1 into a 3pin cpu connector. However, now i start to feel as if they aren't spinning on full speed. Is there a way to check that and should i connect both in cpu connectors or maybe into my fan controller?

having never used this motherboard myself i can only guess.
but think you can either use the desktop software by asrock to control the fan speeds or go into the bios and set the fan speeds there too

I tried setting them from the bios but nothing changed so i guess it doesn't work. Where can i get the software that controlls them?
