I've used the Dominator CMT16GX3M4X2133C9 and Mushkin Enhanced Redline 993996 kits on Z68's.

At least a x42~x45+ CPU multiplier

Set memory manually and don't use XMP:
DRAM Frequency -> 2133MHz
CAS Timings to spec 9-11-10-27-2T // 9-11-10-28-2T // (CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS-CMD)
DRAM Voltage -> 1.64v
CPU VCCSA -> 1.20v
VTT CPU -> 1.20v

I know a thing or two of OC'ing -> http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=2261309
...and for my personal rig, I am a hell of lot more interested in RAM stability; I use RAM Cache and RAM Drive. I build for folks that 'too' don't listen and put in whatever they want. 😉
Depends on the P67 MOBO, but the theoretical CPU limit is ~DDR3-2600. Since there's no real gains over DDR3-1600 and often keeping >DDR3-1600 perfectly stable is a chore I really don't recommend over DDR3-1600 on LGA 1155. Further, those kits are generally >1.50v and both require higher voltages to the CPU's IMC and DIMMs so the gains tiny for the 'real' cost (CPU + RAM).

Unless you are 24/7 OC >4.5GHz my advice is don't get >DDR3-1600.

Thanks Jaquith, I know the theoretical limitations, and was looking for some first hand experience with the components. BTW, the ASRock Extreme6 (and I think the entire extreme series) is rated for 2133 RAM. I am looking for practical experience and settings.
