I have a EVGA P67 FTW mobo running a 2600K and GTX480.

This one - http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188082

Im thinking of getting 3 GTX680s and running them in Tri SLI.

Due to the fact this mobo has PCIe 2.0 and they are running X8,x8,x8 when used in tri SLI, do you think it will bottleneck these newer cards?

I don't see any benchmarks on Tri SLI for these newer cards when it comes to PCIe 2.0 X8 vs PCIe 3.0?

Thanks

I am looking to set up Nvidia surround and from what I saw, 2X 680 just isn't enough to have smooth 60 fps on games like Crysis 2 and Battlefield 3...let alone upcoming batch like Crysis 3.

I don't have to funds for 3 monitors, 3 GTX 680s and a whole new platform, so if I can get away with using this P67 board, it will be very helpful. :)
