P67 Sabertooth compatibilty CNPS8000B

Hello, would like to ask will the Zalman CNPS8000B Fit in may Sabertooth P67? looked for it everywhere but i can't seem to find any answers.

Sure shouldn't have a problem. Zalman's website says it works with LGA 1155 sockets, and your motherboard uses an LGA1155 socket.

Thanks for the reply, but my problem is with the thermal armour of the Sabertooth P67.

I want to know if the CNPS8000B will fit in my motherboard with the thermal armour, or the clearance of the Sabertooth is not enough for the CNPS8000B?
