P6X58D-E + 24GB ram

I have 3 identical machines built for handling massive REVIT CAD files, with the Asus P6X58D-E, Intel I7 990X processors, 24GB ram (Crucial Ballistix BL51264BA160A) with Quadro 4000 graphics cards. I'm having a ram issue. All the computers have 6 slots of ram installed, and CPU-Z shows all the slots populated and the correct size (although it says 2 are dual channel and one is tri channel). In both the bios AND Windows 7 one machine is seeing 8gb dual channel, one sees 16gb dual channel, the third sees 24gb triple channel. If I only install 3 sticks in the A1, B1, and C1 slots, all of them will show 12gb tri-channel. BIOS is the latest, v0502.

If I take the 24gb "set" from one machine to another, it will show up as the full 24gb.

The problem was a bent pin on the CPU socket of the motherboard, new MOBO and the problem is solved. The out of the box bios settings are ok, but like anything they can be tweaked slightly for better performance.
