p7 pavilion Crash

Motherboard and CPU bad in HP p7-1141 with A8-3800 AMD CPU, only 2.5 yrs old. Hard Drive is good-1 TB @7200 rpm and 6 GB SATA. (Out of warranty) Can I use the case, memory, power supply (300 watts), wifi card, etc and use a new MB & CPU?
