P8H61-M PLUS2 with i7 3770 CPU 3,40ghz

Hello guys i wanted to ask a simple question!
If i could use an i7 3770 cpu with my P8H61-M PLUS2 Motherboard.

Yes but you might need to update the bios of the mobo for it to work

Here's the CPU support list. It says the i7 3770 is compatible since BIOS 0201. I think that is the first BIOS, so you should be OK with an i7 3770.

You won't need to update the bios. But it might be a good thing to do to get the best performance out of the board.

Here's your MB manual. There looks like a couple ways to update the BIOS.
