Question P8H77-M LE 1 long beep 3 short beeps

Hello.
I have a pc with the motherboard p8h77-m le. When I turn on my pc it will make 1 long beep and 3 short beeps. I usually can startup my computer without problem after few tries.
I tried to turn on the computer without the graphic card but nothing changed. Also I read through the user guide but I couldn't find the description of the beep code.
Please help.

1 long beep followed by 3 short indicates GPU problem.

Thanks. So I tried to turn on my computer without the graphic card, but the same thing still happened.
