I need help to build a pc with Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz. Which motherboard should I buy: ASUS P8H77-V os P8H77-V LE?

Or u can get this one, this will fit under the cooler and its bit faster RAM.

I live in Brazil but am buying from online USA sites because I have a friend who lives in New Mexico and is coming to visit me next month.

Hi! I'm going nuts with my building a new pc! Ok, here is what I have:
* Processor => Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz (3.4GHz Turbo Boost)
* Power Supply => Corsair HX650W
* Motherboard => P8H77-V OR P8H77-M/CSM
* Memory: Corsair CML8GX3M2A1600C9 OR CML8GX3M2A1866C9R
Will you help me decide on the last two items? Compatibility is a must, of course.
I want to place an order today. Again, thank you very much for your help!! :)

OK, Nikkor, here's what I'm planning to get:

* Processor => Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz (3.4GHz Turbo Boost)
* Motherboard => P8H77-M/CSM
* Memory: Corsair CML8GX3M2A1600C9
* Power Supply => Corsair HX650W

Do you think it is a good build? Are they compatible?

AFTER YOUR REPLY, I am going to place my order with NewEgg, the best prices I found in just one place. Thanks for your help and concern about my getting good prices. You're nice!!
