P8P67 Deluxe motherboard all POST LEDs turn on

I just finished assembling my PC, but whenever I try to it on, all of the POST LED's (CPU, DRAM, VGA and boot device) just flash and then nothing happens. I've checked all the cables and they are all connected properly. I don"t know what to do. My build is:

Asus P8P68 Deluxe Motherboard
16 GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
Intel i5 2500k
Nvidia GTX570 video card
Antec High Current gamer 750W PSU
WD Caviar Black

And I have an aftermarket Cooler
I don't know what to do. I've tried everything on the POST list on this website, hopefully someone can help.

Do you have both the 4 (or 8) pin and 24-pin connectors firmly attached to the motherboard? Also, did you connect the PCIe power connectors to your video card?

Are you getting any system beeps from the system when you apply power?

Have you tried to power on with only stick of RAM installed in the first slot?

Yes the 8 pin and 24 pin connectors are connected and i've tried with just a stick of RAM.
No im not getting beeps though.

Remove and re-seat the CPU. Double check the fit or your heatsink and then try again.
