P8P67 only 1 Ram slot is working

Hi all,

I just completed my first build (I'm sure you folks here that allot)

- Intel Core i7-2600K 3.40 GHz
- ASUS P8P67 LE B3 Intel P67 Motherboard
- 4x4g DDR3 (corsair)
- 600 watts power supply (thermaltake
- windows 7 64 bit

The only ram slot on the board that works is DIMMA_A1

When I boot the system with a single slot filled it works just fine. At any point if I fill 2-4 slots I cannot post

When I try to post with all 4 ram slots of filled, I cannot post


At any point that I try a installing in any other slot, the system will no longer post, I have tried all 4 units in the 1 slot that does work. I am wondering if it is the motherboard or just that I have have missed something.

RMA the thing.

I had a ASUS P8P67 Evo before with 2 dead slots. RMA'ed it. Got a new one that worked.

I also have the Asus P8p67 Evo B3 stepping... what do you mean by RMA? oh I have the same problem... only 1 ram slot works... when I install more ram in other slots DRAM_LED goes on and I get Black Screen... it took me 2 days just to get PC started... This is the 1st time I am doing a ASUS build and so far I am not very happy...
