P8p67 or p8z68m pro

hey guys i need help
m struck between two motherboards
asus p8p67(simple one) and asus p8z68m pro
both are of same price here. mainly i will be doing gaming, overclocking and high graphics like autocad etabs like engineering softwares. which one should i go for? however i will get xfx hd 6850 gpu bt still switchable graphics options will be great for power consumption etc. is p8z68m pro better than p8p67 or it lacks some features?

p.s. i will go for intel core i5 2500k and 4gb kingston ram.

p8z68 'm' pro mean microATX this type of mobo is design for smaller chases and yes z68 series is better than p8p67 they have new and upgraded features like switchable graphics,3x time faster video editing and conversion etc.
6850 is good gpu but gtx 560ti is much more better than 6850.

well one thing i noticed is that p8z68mpro have 6 phase power and smaller heatsinks compared to p8p67 which have 12 phase power design and larger heat sinks. does it effect performance? secondly p8z68mpro have less sata ports compared to other.

no, there is no huge effect mpro is used for smaller rig, but p8z68 vpro is best mobo nowaday this mobo can beat p8p67 easily in features and much more and if you want to add more sata devices than go for p8z68 vpro.

If you are in to gaming, overclocking and high graphics engineering softwares, i would recommend the p8z68 v. Just got mine 2 weeks ago and so happy. I'm doing games and video editing and here's my specs; Intel core i7 2600, 2x4gb kingston, palit gtx560ti. Hard disk is1 tb seagate and another 2 tb external.

If you're planning to overclock the CPU the P8P67's 12-Phase VRM for the CPU will allow you to achieve a higher and more stable overclock while using a lower CPU Vcore.

The limited board space on Micro ATX form factor motherboards usually forces the board designer to leave off features like more ports. You also end up with poor port and slot layouts.
