P8P67 Pro 3.0 Revision issues

I have just put in the P8P67 Pro into my pc connected everything up when i turn it on the fan twitches and stops and i get the VGA_LED flash once and that is it.

I have tried variations of what i connect and still nothing. I have connected the PSU and Fan to another Mobo that I have and they work fine.

Asus P8P67 Pro Rev 3.0
Intel Celeron G550
Ace PSU 500w
Corsair Vengeance
Alpine Arctic 11 Cpu Fan
Asus Geforce GT 610

I hope someone can help

The 550 watt PSU is not adequate, you need at least 650 watts but preferably more than 720 watts considering the video card.
