P8p67-pro fan speed

I have the Asus AI Suite 2 installed so I can use the fan controller software. It is allowing me to set the 2 fans that are connected to 'chassis' connectors and also my cpu fan. However the fan that I have connected to the 'powerfan' connection is uncontrollable and doesn't even come up on the fan controller software. Is this how it is supposed to be or is my version/motherboard not working properly?

I believe the PWR fan always runs at max speed, hence why my H50 pump is connected to it to allow full power at 1400rpm
