P8Z68-V/GEN3 with GTX 1060 6GB

Hello, does anybody know if the P8Z68-V/GEN3 is compatible with 1060 GTX 6GB cards?
Its GEN3 P8Z68-V but not PRO! just GEN3.

Last bios = 2012/11/27

That board appears to have a UEFI bios, which is what you want for compatibility. So I'd say yes. It's a Z68 board, which is good since it has pretty much everything Asus could put on it.
