Which is better: P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 or Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3?

I will be OCing (2500K on air using Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 Pro)
I will be using a MSI GTX560Ti Twin Fozr II GPU, two hard drives, optical drive, G.Skill RipjawsX 8GB (CL9 version), in a HAF 912 case with a Corsair TX650 PSU.

Ideas?

Is either one better for OCing?
Are there any more USB3 headers on the boards (Asrock board only has 2 ready-to-use ones)?

as far as i know the asrock extreme 3 gen 3 doesn't have usb3.0 internal headers, only rear ports

and there are more voltage regulators on the asus board.
