P8Z68-V PRO GEN3 DOA, Newegg out of stock, now what?

So I need a desktop asap. I am going to ask newegg for my money back and get a new mobo. I think the gen3 is just too new because it seems a lot of people are having problems. Which is probably why the board is out of stock from so many RMA's. (it only has 7 reviews on newegg)

So for a new board I am looking at:
ASUS P8P67 DELUXE (REV 3.0)

IME Asus mobos are RAM sensitive and less reliable than other brands. I recommend Gigabyte mobos for performance and reliability.
