P8z77 v pro motherboard and corsair vengeance CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9

Hello,
I built the pc for the first time and specs are following:

asus p8z77 v pro motherboard
corsair vengeance 4gb X 1 (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9) in slot a2
intel i5 2500k
corsair tx850

When I start my pc it runs till the booting process and then restarts.
Is my ram not compatible with motherboard or I did something else wrong?

Yes, it is from my old pc. And runs fine on it.

That's why, You have either to reinstall Windows or boot from an Windows install DVD and select Repair Windows.
