I know one is mATX but size is not an issue nor is 2+ way SLI/Crossfire so from a gamer's prespective, Which is better?

No but seriously people have a chronic disorder of buying overpriced motherboard x with y specs over the 100 dollar cheaper z motherboard with y specs. What are you doing? They have the same specs. Stop feeding Asus money lol.
