This is a totally new system: 965 Plat with E4300, bios V. 1.3
1. System posts, gets to the end of windows set-up where it says "windows starting" then I get a stop error message wall Upon boot-up it does not recognize my SATA drive, when I replace with a WD 120gb IDE drive it recognizes it but I still get stop error.
2. Upon hitting the start button the case fan & CPU fan kick on for just a split second, they go off and then the system starts up. Is this normal??
First system I have put together in 3 years, and first SATA drive I've ever had so maybe I'm doing something wrong. Any ideas?
