P9X79-E WS - IPMI support?

I am trying to figure out if this motherboard supports IPMI through an expansion module? On ASUS website, they sell an ASMB7-IKVM module which supports IPMI 2.0, but its unclear if my mother supports it. I even called ASUS and the tech support guys weren't sure.

If it doesn't support, is there another way for me to get IPMI support? I basically want to monitor the power and thermal data for my server via IPMI.

The manual states these management standards:

Manageability
WfM 2.0, DMI 2.0, WOL by PME, WOR by PME, PXE

Since not called out explicitly, I would assume that IPMI is not supported by the motherboard itself. Especially since this mobo seems to lack the needed Baseboard Management Card header on the motherboard that the ASMB7-IKVM attaches to. I think you'll have to get a server motherboard for this feature.
