Hi my computer will not load up its 13 months old i have checked the fans and i have a light on the front but nothings happening any one have any idea what could be the matter Thanks

Though it's out of warranty your normal consumer rights override any warranty -- if you haven't done anything negligent with it, take it back to the dealer and ask that they find a solution (without charging you).

Never knew you could do this. would they be un happy because i had the side off and cleaned the fans? one time it worked then it wouldnt load again so some one told me to do this . thanks for your help.

Desktop computers are designed to be opened -- cleaning the fans is very unlikely to lead to problems (in fact the reverse).

and write to PC World head office pointing out the situation and the remedy you expect under UK law.
