Where can I obtain the software (driver) to install my Packard Bell Diamond Plus scanner in a Windows 7 operating system?

I don't believe there are any available.
Packard Bell did not write the software that makes up the driver package for Windows 7.

This scanner has no support for Vista/7. It's time to get a newer scanner.
