packard bell diamond 1200 plus

can anyone tell me why my packard bell diamond 1200 plus scanner wont work on
sp2 but it is on sp1 with no problems please help. THANKS.................

It is broken, one possibility.

The power is off #2

The software/driver is damaged/missing #3

Hi,

Try download the latest XP drivers from Packard Bell and save it to a
specific folder.
Remove the old drivers using the Add or Remove Program.
Install the new drivers and try again.
If there is no new driver available, disconnect the scanner, remove the old
driver then reboot and re-install the scanner driver again.

Thanks Peter for your tip, i just found the site again thats why it took so
long to reply, and i will try it and post back to let you know if it worked,
