Packard bell imedia dv2215 will not boot up etc

hello all,
i have a packard bell imedia dv2215 desktop that just wont boot up.
also i do not get any display on screen aswell as no beep code etc.
have disconnected all hardware and tryed to boot up but alas nothing.
this has stumped me totally,,,please help !!!!!!
any ideas would be much appreciated....

Try swapping in a different PSU.
