Question Packard Bell iMedia S3220 runs but no image on monitor

I bought last saturday Packard bell iMedia S3220
Im bringing it home, Connect everything like it is. Turn it on. No Image.
Additional sound error is 1 long 1 short
Bios is AMI P01-B2
After i decided to move ram to other slots (Blue Colored ones) Signal Erros dissapeared, but still no image
What Could go wrong there?
