Packard Bell Maestro 236d Purple Screen Flicker Please HELP

Hello, as you can see the title, I have this problem. When I start my monitor (Maestro 236d), I get this purple flickers after every 3 seconds. Can you give me advice, can this be fixed? I made a video so you can see it better. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPPzLwqMjIk

Update: I can hear the monitor when it's flickering (it's buzzing). The monitor has a outside power brick 19v - 2.1a. I tried to listen to it, it is buzzing together with the back of the monitor. Could it be that the monitor is drawing power with the flickers, so that's why the power supply is buzzing too or the problem is coming from the power supply? Thank you in advance for your help.
