packard bell "no bootable device please restart the system"

Hello,
As i tried to downgrade from Win8 to win7 I entered these commads in the DOS command prompt :
diskpart
list disk
select disk 0
clean
convert mbr
create partition primary
select partition 1
format fs=ntfs quick

and now the system doesn't detect my bootable USB flash disk even when i set the priorities right in the BIOS (USBs first) . Please help

is there a Hard drive in your laptop?

yes, but there it's not bootable anymore.
