Packet Loss at Hop 7 70%

This began when i was no longer able to log into wot (World of Tanks) i put a ticket then the asked for a ping plotter report. I have no idea how to interpret the report but i read that packet loss at hop 7 isn't a big deal as long as you don't have packet loss anywhere else which i don't. My connection problem is only with this game i try to login and it says "You have been disconnected from the server." There are about a dozen other devices that connect with no problems as well as other games i play. I don't know what to do its been over a week unable to log into this game.
I have Spectrum and on a wired connection
