Packet loss on Uni Wifi

So I'm only getting packet loss on my PC in my room at Uni. I've tested 2 wireless cards both get packet loss but my Laptop doesn't experience it nearly as bad as my PC. It's actually so bad it causes my online games to lag constantly making them unplayable.

EDIT: I'm not even getting packet loss on my phone!

Depends on how the wireless is setup etc, might be to do with the cards you are using, might not be transmitting authentication correctly, seeing your phone and laptop you say are not dropping packets thats the most likely cause.

Other than that speak to someone in the IT dept they should be able to help and check firewall logs and wireless logs!
