Pinging my gateway

Ping statistics for 192.168.0.1:
Packets: Sent = 135, Received = 135, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 2ms, Maximum = 140ms, Average = 7ms

I've tried a lot of troubleshooting already such as swapping out Ethernet cables and factory resetting my router but the problem still persists. Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
Overall seems to be outside of your network.

Any storms and/or high winds in your area - could be that something has been damaged.

Modem/Router combo? Or modem and router? Make and models?

Take a look at the incoming wire connections from your ISP. Check all the wires and cables as best as you can but do so safely. No climbing on roofs or poles....

Look for loose connections, bare metal showing, chew marks, corrosion, nails, staples, and sort of physical damage.

Disconnect and reconnect the cables going into and out of any splitters or filters (as applicable).

Call your ISP. Have them check things from their end.
