I'm a gamer and I heavily rely on my internet connection. I usually get around 0-5 ping, 0% packet loss. Out of no where today im getting 10%-20% packetloss. sometimes once every month this happens and cant seem to fix it. theres no packet loss on all my other devices (tested) but only this one. I also checked my packet loss using cmd, and I also used a "packet loss tester" both should no results of packet loss at all. 0%. Only in games like fortnite and valorant I get insane amounts of packet loss. My ping isn't high its just the packet loss.

pretty sure the main problem is my network adapter, I have two modems, I tried both, both of them have the same exact packet loss. The Xfinity router im using now gets 800 mb/s on a test, so does the packet loss. The packet loss has 0% on tests, but in game its terrible.
