Packing a PC for shipping. Is antistatic wrap safe to stuff the case with?

I'll be shipping my pc and need to figure out a way to prevent it from being damaged along the way.
I've ordered this Antistatic largebubble wraproll.
I'm thinking of wrapping it around the case, and to stuff the inside of the case with it.

This quote that I've found is concerning me.
''Even the pink types coated with an anti-static chemical can still generate a large enough static charge to do damage.''

Is this true?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I would avoid putting monitor, speakers and PC in the same box. Much heavier, and more likely to have something break.

The components inside the case? I would NOT worry about the anti-static stuff generating enough static to short something out. Your stuff is inside a large metal box.

And I probably wouldn't stuff the inside of the case with it. Everything should be firmly screwed in, and you couldn't stuff anything tight enough to prevent 'movement'.
Do you still have the box the case came in? If so, put it in that, tape it up, ship it.
The only thing you might want to do is if you have a large, heavy air cooler...remove that.

Thousands of PC's get shipped all over the world, every day.

Don't have the original box, I'll have to use a bigger one, in which I'll also put the monitor in and speakers as well. I'd wrap it all many times with that anti static largebubble wrap for cushioning, maybe some clothes to fill the void.
The cooler isn't big, so I think it would be all right if I leave it as long as I can stuff the case with that anti static bubble wrap.

What I really need to know is whether the so called anti static wrap can cause static discharge damage to the components even though it's supposedly anti static. Inside the case

I don't think I could just throw it in a box and ship it away, I've spent loads on it, gotta take precautions.
