pacman with switcher trouble

Got a Ms Pac, all original, replaced the power supply with a switching
using a switcher adapter. Game plays blind with this for video output:

I am able to use the same monitor, board and power supply with a
different harness and it works fine. Any idea where I can try to track
down the problem with the harness?

Adjust your horizontal sync on the chasssis and you'll be playing Ms.

ok
I think the problem has something to do with the video connector
here are the two different connectors
This is the connector on the new working harness

giving me the sync issue

Seems like the wires are different, any ideas?

Its a wells gardner 7300 monitor, anyone know anything about this
model?
I cant find a manual anywhere and Wells Gardner tells me its
"unavailable"
Without the manual Im not even sure where the pot for horizintal hold
it
Im still pulling my hair out with this sync issue.

Well, its not actually a k7301, its a k7300. Layout is a bit
different buy I found the horizontal sync and asjusted it as best as I
could. Also found a switch on the chassis for pos or negative sync,
tried both, no help

as soon as I hookup the same monitor, power supply and board to the
other harness, works perfectly
Any ideas?
