Hi,

I would be ever so grateful if someone could help me get rid of the blue screen of death that keeps popping up. I am a complete idiot when it comes to computers, so if anyone could break it down into simple steps, I would very much appreciate it, as I am slowly losing the will to live!

Here is some of the information that comes up on the blue screen:
