[SOLVED] Pages take up to 10 seconds to load after Power Outage

I have a pc that is connect directly to the router with ethernet cable.

My internet speeds are : 25ms/35down and 5up

All the devices that are connected to the internet are working perfectly expect mine

When i join a game or talk to the discord my ping is normal and my download speeds too but when i try to google something or join directly a page its taking up to 10secs to load

i tried to disable java on browsing,antivirus even start my pc to safemode but nothing changes

Also my dns on ipv4 is 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 and on ipv6 2606:4700:4700::1111/2606:4700:4700::1001 i tried changing them but nothing changes

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

It may be that your computer is not fully capable of supporting the games, discord, browsing, and so forth.

DNS: Try Google - 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Who manages your network router? The router's logs (if available and enabled) may provide some clue as to what is happening. You will need help from whomever manages the router.

As for power outages remember that a sudden unexpected loss of power does not permit the computer to properly shut down.

Files being written to the drive may not be complete or may be corrupted.

If you have Windows 10 then run the built-in troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something - a corrupted file perhaps.

i already tried the google dns nothing changes. If you mean if i can change settings in ISP settings by myself yes i can
Also how i can fix the corrupted files if there are any

I tried the windows troubleshooter but nothing, all good also with sfc /scannow too.Nothing wrong

You can also open either Task Manager or Resource Monitor to observe system performance.

( Note: When working with Task Manager take a look at what all is being launched at startup. There may be some buggy app trying to backup, update, or "phone home".)

Boot your system and open one or the other - not both at the same time.

Do not immediately join a game or use discord. Simply watch what the system is doing for a few minutes. Explore the tool and learn your way around in order to understand what information is being presented. You can sort the columns by clicking the column headers. Right-clicking an entry may provide more details.

Drag the window to one side or the other leaving it open to watch. Go to a gaming site. Look for some change in the monitored window. Game for a few minutes while continuing to watch.

Then open discord and continue your observations.

What you are looking for is some change in the system's parameters that corresponds with the slow loading/performance.

about the ethernet cable im going to search for other one (i dont remember where's my old one).

Edit: I fixed it, i ran the following commands:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth&sfc /scannow&pause
and
netsh winsock reset
