Hello, I have paint shop pro x9 and I am having a problem with x9 crashing and it's freezing to. It's registered etc. I use windows10. Thanks.
 
If it is registered then you should have no problems contacting Corel support and getting them to help you figure out where the problem is.

If you cannot contact Corel support, then this is likely not a valid, registered product.

Corel generally supports registered products until EOL.

Hi, Psp x9 is valid and registered with corel. It seems to hang when im loading my plugins in. Plugins showed up so far. When I installed it from the cd it gave me an option for 32bit and 64bit which had recommended in parenthesis
 
If you are using older plugins, that is likely the issue. There are a lot of Photoshop and PSP compatible plugins that do not work with newer versions of Photoshop (CS5 or newer) or PSP (X5 or newer) that did work with older versions.

If the plugin does not specifically say it is compatible with them, then they may either not work or may require placing specific files IN specific folders, especially in Windows 10.

You also have to be careful that you are not using plugins that say they are compatible with PSP 9, which is NOT the same as PSP X9. There are many years difference between the two versions.
