PaintShopProPhotoX2 stopped loading / working

This is on Vista Home Premium 32bit...I have un-installed 2-3x and re-installed 2x and still does not open - it worked fine for past 2 years. I have tried compatibility, change to admin, and other things. I defragged and clean-up stuff...full scans and with malwarebytes - all is good. It shows up on programs list...not sure what else to do!

Not real sure, it might be the resolution, you may need to set it at 1024 x 768.
